Hunton & Williams LLP advised SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. as remarketing agent for the remarketing of $26,400,000 principal amount of Development Authority of Putnam County (Georgia) Pollution Control Revenue Bonds (Georgia Power Company Plant Branch Project), First Series 1996.

Georgia Power Company ("Georgia Power") is the largest subsidiary of The Southern Company, one of the nation's largest generators of electricity. Georgia Power maintains a diverse, innovative generation mix that includes nuclear, 21st century coal and natural gas, as well as renewables such as solar, hydroelectric and wind.
