Hunton & Williams LLP advised Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as underwriter for the sale of $71,735,000 principal amount of Development Authority of Bartow County (Georgia) Pollution Control Revenue Bonds (Georgia Power Company Plant Bowen Project), First Series 2013.
