Hunton & Williams LLP acted as counsel to J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as remarketing agent, for the remarketing of $40,000,000 aggregate principal amount of City of Rockport, Indiana Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds (Indiana Michigan Power Company Project), Series D.
Indiana Michigan Power Company is a subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc. Indiana Michigan Power is headquartered in Fort Wayne, and its 2,450 employees serve more than 589,000 customers.
