Hunton & Williams Advises on Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC $725 million senior secured notes offering

Hunton & Williams LLP advised the initial purchasers on a 144A offering with registration rights by Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor) of $350 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2025 and $375 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2045.

Oncor operates the largest transmission and distribution system in Texas, delivering electricity to more than 3.3 million homes and businesses and operating more than 121,000 miles of transmission and distribution lines. Oncor is a majority-owned indirect subsidiary of Energy Future Intermediate Holding Company LLC, a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of Energy Future Holdings Corp.
