Hunton & Williams Advises Vanbarton Group in $133M Acquisition of Riverdale Crossing

NEW YORK – New York-based real estate investment and advisory firm Vanbarton Group has acquired Riverdale Crossing, a shopping center that is 98 percent leased to nationally recognized retail tenants. Vanbarton Group was represented by the real estate practice group of Hunton & Williams LLP in the $133 million acquisition of the 159,037 square foot shopping center located at Broadway and West 237th Street in the Bronx. The legal team representing Vanbarton Group was led by partner Laurie Grasso and included Susan Saslow and Katie Baranek.
