Andrew J. Blanchard, Richmond, concentrates on structured finance, securitization and corporate finance transactions. He received undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Richmond.
Tara L. Elgie, Dallas, focuses on consumer finance litigation and compliance. She graduated from Gettysburg College, received a law degree from the University of Richmond School, and held a judicial clerkship with the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Lindsay H. Ferguson, Dallas, handles mergers and acquisitions, including private equity sponsored buy-outs, public and private securities offerings, securities regulations compliance and corporate governance. She received undergraduate and law degrees from Texas Tech University.
Aaron M. Flynn, Washington, focuses his practice on environmental and administrative law, with an emphasis on regulation of visibility impairment, climate change, and national air quality under the Clean Air Act. He is an undergraduate of The Burnett Honors College, University of Central Florida and received a law degree from George Washington University.
Kurt G. Larkin, Richmond, counsels on the full range of labor and employment issues, including on corporate campaigns, labor management relations and related litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and law degree from Temple University.
Corey Lee, Miami, focuses on commercial litigation and internal investigations for health care, consumer and retail companies. An undergraduate of Yale University, he received a law degree from Duke University. Following graduation, he held a judicial clerkship with Chief Judge John Lungstrum of the US District Court for the District of Kansas.
Brent A. Lewis, New York, represents issuers, underwriters, servicers, originators and other market participants in public and private securitizations involving residential and commercial mortgage loans. He received an undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and law degree from Villanova University.
Jay B. Mower, Dallas and New York, represents clients in complex commercial real estate finance and capital markets transactions, including multiproperty and multistate acquisitions, construction loans, mezzanine financings, securitizations and refinancings of commercial properties located throughout the United States. An undergraduate of New York University, he received a law degree from St. John’s University.
Ryan P. Phair, Washington, focuses on complex litigation; internal, congressional and grand jury investigations; and public policy, strategic counseling, and crisis communications. He received an undergraduate degree from Boston College and law degree from the University of Chicago.
James M. Pinna, Richmond, represents health care providers in transactional, corporate, regulatory and compliance matters. A graduate of Duke University, he received his law degree from the University of Virginia.
Matthew A. Scoville, New York, focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including construction, finance, acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, and loan workouts and restructurings. A graduate of the University of Delaware, he received a law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
John R. R. Tormey, Washington, counsels on domestic and international project finance and development matters, including asset, stock and portfolio acquisitions and divestitures. He graduated from Westmont College and received a law degree from George Washington University.
