Heather S. Archer's practice focuses on the corporate and regulatory representation of commercial banks, thrifts, holding companies, and other financial institutions. Archer, based in the firm’s Washington office, received her undergraduate from William & Mary and her law degree from George Mason University.
Steven M. Haas, a member of the firm's corporate team, concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and corporate governance. Based in the firm’s Richmond office, Haas received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from University of Virginia School of Law.
Brian L. Hager's practice focuses on representing public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate and securities laws. He holds an undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and a law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
