Hunton & Williams LLP Represents Pebblebrook Hotel Trust in Partnership Dissolution in Six New York City Hotels

Hunton & Williams LLP advised Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE:PEB) in its dissolution of a partnership with Denihan Hospitality Group in the ownership of six Manhattan hotels.

The transaction, which closed yesterday, resulted in Pebblebrook owning 100 percent interest in two of the partnership’s six hotels: the Manhattan NYC Hotel at 371 Seventh Avenue and the Dumont NYC Hotel at 150 East 34th Street.
