FDIC faults AmTrust parent for low Florida community lending

Florida Business Journal

After regulators said Florida's AmTrust Bank, a division of New York Community Bank, "needs to improve" its lending activities in both Florida and Ohio, John Delionado noted "a bank facing such a criticism from regulators should increase its outreach into those communities, including marketing campaigns and specially designed programs for customers." Delionado's practice focuses on internal investigations and cyber security matters, financial institution defense and complex commercial litigation.
