Latinvex Names Gabriel Lopez a Rising Legal Star

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is proud to announce that Gabriel M. Lopez, an associate at the firm’s Miami office, has been named one of 25 Rising Legal Stars from international law firms doing business in Latin America in 2022 by the editorial staff of Latinvex.

A member of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group, Lopez’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate and financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, complex financings, joint ventures, general corporate governance and commercial contract matters throughout the United States and Latin America. Lopez also maintains an active pro bono practice, where he advises nonprofit organizations on corporate governance and transactional matters.
