Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP Partner Jane Hinton has been named a 2025 CRE Visionary by Los Angeles Times’ Commercial Real Estate Magazine for the fourth consecutive year. The award features “noteworthy senior-level executives” within the commercial real estate sector who are impacting change through “their successes and accomplishments in the last year on projects and deals closed… and their exemplary leadership within their organizations and communities.”

As a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office on the capital finance and real estate team, Hinton offers clients deep expertise in navigating the evolving landscape of commercial real estate and finance. She represents investors, financial institutions, investment funds, and other stakeholders in complex single-asset and portfolio transactions across the United States. In response to recent shifts in the economic cycle, Hinton’s practice has expanded to include advising on work outs and restructurings, affordable housing initiatives, and facilitating cash-in financings for distressed or transitional assets. Her focus spans highly structured debt and equity transactions, and she maintains a nationwide, diversified real estate practice. This multifaceted approach enables her clients to capitalize on emerging opportunities and effectively manage risks in today’s dynamic market environment.

A supporter of the career development of junior lawyers, Hinton acts as the Los Angeles office hiring partner with responsibility for the Summer Associate program for the office and mentors junior lawyers across the firm.

Hinton and the other visionaries were featured in the October 19 edition of Los Angeles Times.
