Head of the firm’s commercial litigation practice and founder and managing partner of the Los Angeles office, Mortimer is well-versed in advising high-profile clients on complex commercial litigation including data protection and compliance with regulatory mandates on privacy and data security. Mortimer’s leadership extends beyond complex commercial litigation to active mentorship in her firm and service to the community as one of only a handful of female managing partners in California and a member of the firm’s executive committee.
As a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office and a key member of the capital finance and real estate team focused, Hinton provides strategic guidance and innovative solutions to clients navigating the evolving commercial real estate sector. She advises a diverse array of stakeholders in sophisticated single-asset and portfolio transactions nationwide with a practice that focuses on highly structured debt and equity deals across all asset classes. Outside of her transactional work, Hinton is committed to advancing the next generation of legal talent. As the Los Angeles office hiring partner, she oversees the Summer Associate program and serves as a mentor to junior lawyers firmwide, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting the growth of future leaders. Her approach positions clients to capitalize on emerging opportunities and empowers colleagues to succeed in today’s competitive real estate landscape.
