Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that partner Matthew Bosher has been appointed co-head of the firm’s corporate, securities, and government investigations practice group alongside partner Ed Fuhr.

Bosher’s practice focuses on advising clients on financial reporting, corporate governance, and SEC enforcement matters, with a particular focus on audit firms and other independent parties in the financial reporting process. He also serves as co-chair of the financial services industry team.
