Matthew P. Bosher Elected to ‘Leaders in the Law’ for 2014 by Virginia Lawyers Weekly

RICHMOND, Va. – September 2, 2014 – Matthew P. Bosher was named to the 2014 class of "Leaders in the Law" by Virginia Lawyers Media, the publisher of Virginia Lawyers Weekly. In its ninth year, this awards program recognizes the lawyers across the commonwealth who are setting the standard for other lawyers in Virginia. “Leaders” are recognized for changing the law, serving the community, changing practice or improving Virginia’s justice system, among other accomplishments.

Bosher is a member of the firm’s securities litigation practice with a concentration on disputes and investigations relating to financial reporting and corporate governance matters. He represents public companies, executives, accounting firms and others in in a wide variety of litigation matters, SEC investigations and enforcement actions, private securities fraud suits, and other complex commercial litigation. Bosher frequently advises companies regarding internal controls and corporate governance best practices. He also has an active pro bono practice representing individuals wrongfully convicted of serious crimes.
