Hunton Andrews Kurth is representing Weatherford International LLC as debtors’ counsel in its Chapter 11 filing. Weatherford, an oilfield services company incorporated in Ireland with operational headquarters in Houston, provides an array of technological and related support services to others in the oil and gas industry. The Chapter 11 petition was filed in a Texas bankruptcy court on July 1, 2019.
