Michael Nedzbala Appointed Office Managing Partner of Hunton & Williams LLP's Charlotte Office

Charlotte, N.C. — July 14, 2009 — Hunton & Williams LLP is pleased to announce Michael Nedzbala has been appointed the new Office Managing Partner of its office in Charlotte. Nedzbala is a nationally known capital markets lawyer, who joined Hunton & Williams following graduation from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1987. Nedzbala, who co-heads the firm's asset securitization practice, will maintain his active corporate business practice.

The Charlotte office of Hunton & Williams was established in 1995 and is home to nearly 50 lawyers serving the regional and global needs of its clients. The firm's practice in Charlotte emphasizes general corporate counsel, litigation, white collar criminal defense and special investigations, labor and employment law, corporate finance, and capital market transactions for domestic and international clients.
