National Law Journal Names Jarrett Hale a Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Fintech Trailblazer

Dallas partner Jarrett Hale was named among the inaugural list of 2018 Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Fintech Trailblazers by the National Law Journal, which spotlights 50 attorneys nationwide who are making strides as finance and technology grow more and more entwined.

As co-chair of the firm’s financial services litigation and compliance practice group, Jarrett advises clients regarding policies and procedures for compliance with both federal and state consumer compliance statutes. He leads the firm’s relationships with fintech clients and, with his team, has assisted various fintech startups in their formation and preparation of compliance management systems and origination documentation. As a prominent leader in the fintech industry, Jarrett is regularly quoted in key business and legal trade publications.
