National Law Journal Names Susan Failla a 2019 Finance, Banking and Capital Markets Trailblazer
The National Law Journal has named partner Susan Failla among its 2019 Finance, Banking and Capital Markets Trailblazers. The list spotlights 35 industry professionals from a wide array of backgrounds, from investment dealings to fighting money laundering.
Based in New York, Failla is co-head of the firm’s Capital Markets practice. She has led capital markets transactions totaling over $100 billion for companies in the consumer products, energy, information services and financial services industries. She recently led a high-profile transaction for Altria Group, Inc., including two investment-grade shelf offerings of €4.25 billion and $11.5 billion, a portion of which was applied towards Altria’s investment in the emerging cannabis market through its 45% stake in Canadian cannabinoid company, Cronos.
