Scott Kimpel was interviewed by Law360 concerning President Obama's proposed 2014 budget of $1.67 billion for the Securities and Exchange Commission, an increase of 27 percent from 2013, saying the agency does need more resources to handle the increased responsibilities it's incurred under Dodd-Frank and the JOBS Act.
