NEW YORK — March 6, 2013 — Hunton & Williams LLP is pleased to announce corporate partners Susan S. Failla, Christopher C. Green, and L.Steven Leshin were selected as winners in the International Law Office and Lexology's 2013 Client Choice Awards. These awards survey senior corporate counsel who recognize both individual partners and firms exceling across the full spectrum of client service.

Failla, partner in the New York office and Administrative Team Partner for the corporate group, focuses her practice on cross-border transactions, both in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, with special emphasis on Latin America and Europe. Leshin, partner in the Dallas office, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, including private equity sponsored buy-outs, public and private securities offerings, securities regulations compliance and corporate governance. Green is a partner in the Atlanta office and focuses his practice on capital markets and corporate transactions, with a particular focus on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and specialty finance companies.
