Based in Hunton’s Richmond office, Campbell focuses his practice on commercial real estate, with significant experience in the technology and digital infrastructure sectors—especially with data centers. Leveraging the collective experience of Hunton’s data center and digital infrastructure team, Campbell and the team advise technology companies, data center developers, and investors on a broad spectrum of complex matters. This includes the negotiation of purchase and lease agreements, economic incentive arrangements, joint venture agreements, and power allocation and connection agreements, as well as other development and operational matters.
