Virginia Lawyers Weekly Names Randall Parks to Class of 2026 Hall of Fame

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that partner Randall S. Parks has been named to the Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s Class of 2026 Hall of Fame. The annual Hall of Fame list recognizes Virginia lawyers who have been in practice for 30 years or more and who have made lasting marks on the legal field across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Criteria for inclusion include career accomplishments, contributions to the development of the law in Virginia, contributions to the bar and to the Commonwealth at large, and efforts to improve access to justice in Virginia.

Chairman of the firm’s executive committee, Parks focuses his practice on digital enterprise IT projects, particularly business process and IT outsourcings, joint ventures, licensing, systems acquisition, development and integration projects, blockchain, automation/AI, and e-commerce matters. His experience also includes public and private securities offerings and corporate disclosure under the 1933 and 1934 Acts, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and a broad range of corporate counseling. Parks is consistently recognized among the nation’s leading outsourcing lawyers by Chambers USA and Legal 500 US.
