Kate litigates complex civil disputes for domestic and international clients in federal and state courts across the country. She dedicates a large portion of her practice to representing public and private companies in the energy, finance, manufacturing, and retail sectors, and has managed significant business, real estate, and environmental litigation.

In addition to her litigation practice, Kate advises issuers and underwriters on state and federal constitutional law matters with respect to securitized utility bond offerings.
