Sam Kaminsky

Sam advises clients on secured finance and real estate finance transactions, including transactions involving midstream oil and gas companies and power infrastructure projects. He represents commercial lenders, including commercial banks and private credit funds, as well as corporate borrowers, issuers, and private equity sponsors. He has experience with a broad range of debt financing matters, including asset-based lending, syndicated credit facilities, note purchase financings, acquisition finance, and financings secured by equity interests, real estate, and other assets.
