To that end, this presentation will cover (i) aging demographics, (ii) who should be responsible for implementing succession strategies, (iii) what should be the timeline, (iv) how the foregoing should change in emergency or unplanned situations, (v) building the pipeline, and (vi) examples of successful and not-so-successful succession strategies.
