The purpose of this webinar is to help publicly-traded issuers ready themselves for the upcoming proxy season by providing a list of talking points to consider raising with the Compensation Committee during the September/October meeting of the Compensation Committee. To that end we will discuss, from a compensation perspective: (i) new pronouncements and positions of ISS since the last proxy season, (ii) hot topic compensation items and their on compensation design, (iii) final pay v. performance disclosure rules, (iv) compensation thoughts in light of economic uncertainty, and (v) pointers/thoughts with respect to compensatory items that an issuer might consider adding to the voting ballot this upcoming proxy statement.
