The Transparency in Coverage Rule and the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 – including the No Surprises Act – have placed numerous reporting and compliance requirements on group health plan sponsors. In this webinar, we will provide an overview of this legislation and plan sponsors’ responsibilities with the following:
- Protections from surprise medical billing under the No Surprises Act;
- Health plan price transparency rules;
- Comparative analysis requirements under the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA); and
- Required reporting on pharmacy benefits and drug costs.
