(Evergy Metro) in connection with the remarketing of $79.48 million aggregate principal amount of City of Burlington, Kansas Environmental Improvement Revenue Refunding Bonds (Evergy Metro, Inc. Project) Series 2023, which were previously issued by the City of Burlington, Kansas for the benefit of Evergy Metro.

Evergy Metro is an integrated, regulated electric utility that provides electricity to customers in the state of Missouri and Kansas. As of December 31, 2025, Evergy Metro served approximately 591,800 customers located in western Missouri and eastern Kansas. Customers include approximately 524,800 residences, 65,200 commercial firms, and 1,800 industrials, municipalities and other electric utilities. Evergy Metro is a wholly owned direct subsidiary of Evergy, Inc.
