Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises on Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC’s $800 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with the sale by Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor) of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2030 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.70% Senior Secured Notes due 2051, in a private placement, with registration rights, under Regulation S and Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, to eligible purchasers.
Oncor operates the largest transmission and distribution system in Texas, delivering electricity to more than 3.8 million homes and businesses and operating more than 139,000 miles of transmission and distribution lines. Oncor is an indirect, majority-owned subsidiary of Sempra Energy.
