Hunton Andrews Kurth Elevates Four to Counsel
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of four lawyers to counsel. The firm proudly recognizes these talented individuals for their accomplishments and outstanding client service.
Christina C. Edwards (Corporate, Richmond) counsels clients on all aspects of outsourcing and technology matters, including commercial contracting agreements, software licensing issues and managing high-volume transactions. As a member of the global technology, outsourcing and privacy team, she assists clients with preparing and negotiating information technology and business processing transactions, as well as drafting commercial contracts, licensing and technology agreements. Edwards received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, magna cum laude.
Ashley Kahn (Litigation, Houston) focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on oil and gas litigation, technology litigation and business disputes. She has advised and represented clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit matters, discovery, motion practice, trial and appeals. Kahn received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, cum laude.
Andrew Quigley (Labor and Employment, Los Angeles) represents employers on a variety of matters, including advice and counseling related to company policies, compensation practices, employee classifications, discipline and termination decisions, noncompete agreements and workplace health and safety issues. He also regularly litigates wage and hour class and collective actions, California representative PAGA actions, and single- and multi-plaintiff cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. Quigley received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
Kevin V. Small (Litigation, New York) represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes involving claims under various types of policies, including commercial property, cyber, D&O, E&O, general liability, product liability, and representations and warranties. He also represents clients in connection with professional liability matters, such as insurance broker malpractice. Small received his undergraduate degree from Temple University, magna cum laude, and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
