Overview
Christina counsels clients on all aspects of outsourcing, managed services, supply chain, and technology matters, including negotiating commercial contracting and licensing agreements, advising on software licensing issues, including audits, and managing high-volume transactions. She advises clients on structuring and negotiating large-scale information technology, systems integration/implementation, and business process outsourcing transactions, beginning with the request-for-proposal stage and down-selection process, and continuing through final negotiations and post-closing vendor management. These outsourcing transactions often include multiple service providers and several towers of services, including, but not limited to, application maintenance and support, infrastructure and network, revenue management, procurement, human resources, finance and accounting, and cross-functional and project-based services. Her practice involves a broad range of cutting-edge technology matters, which require her to stay up to date on the ever-changing landscape of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, including generative AI.
Given her in-depth experience working with the procurement, legal, risk management, and cybersecurity teams within several Fortune 1000 companies, Christina is well-positioned to guide clients through process improvement initiatives designed to increase the efficiencies of procurement and contract lifecycle management processes, including the development of consistent forms, adoption of uniform approaches across the enterprise, creation of low risk SaaS/EULA checklists, and establishment of intake procedures and internal service levels. With a practical and business savvy approach, Christina brings a distinct skillset to her practice, allowing her to adeptly advise clients on how commercial contracts and outsourcing arrangements intersect with other important aspects of their businesses.
Christina also serves as a Triage Champion for Eviction Expungement through the partnership between the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation and Central Virginia Legal Aid Society.
