NEW YORK ― Hunton & Williams LLP has been recognized as a finalist in two categories for M&A Advisor’s 7th Annual International M&A Awards, which recognizes the top international deals, dealmakers and firms conducting transactions in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Australia. Winners will be announced April 28.

• Corporate/Strategic Acquisition of the Year (Over $100mm – $1 Billion) for its work in the acquisition of Banco de la Producción SA by Promerica Financial Corp.
• Healthcare Services Deal of the Year, Cross Border Sector, for its work in the acquisition of LHi by Carlisle Companies Incorporated.
