Legal 500 Recognizes Hunton for Client Satisfaction

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that the firm was recognized for Client Satisfaction excellence in Belgium, Thailand and the United States by Legal 500. The Client Satisfaction accolade is awarded to law firms in the top 30% of each jurisdiction according to their client satisfaction score.

Legal 500 annually surveys hundreds of thousands of clients on the client service they receive from law firms. They ask firm’s clients to measure service across multiple criteria, including billing transparency, value for work done, lawyer and team quality, communication and more. The publication also asks clients to assess Customer Experience, ranking “how likely they are to recommend this firm” across categories via a 10-to-0 scale. Legal 500 combines these data points to create a Client Satisfaction score that can be objectively compared across work areas and jurisdictions worldwide.
