
Overview
A litigation associate in the firm’s Richmond office, Beau focuses his practice on energy and complex commercial litigation. He has handled matters involving climate change, class actions, consumer protection, mass torts, and COVID vaccine mandates. His experience includes preparing pleadings and motions, as well as managing discovery.
In addition to his primary practice, Beau advises NCAA athletes and universities on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) issues and NCAA regulations.
Beau also has an active pro bono practice and has assisted on pro bono projects for matters involving asylum seekers, criminal justice, and women’s rights.
