Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP recently closed a financing transaction on behalf of Constant Energy, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.

The transaction included a credit facility agreement with KASIKORNBANK, one of Thailand’s largest financial institutions by assets, for the THB 231 million refinancing of 13 operating industrial rooftop solar projects, totaling 13.7 megawatt-peak (MWp) capacity.

These projects, managed by Constant Energy and owned by its subsidiaries, supply clean energy to various companies in key industries, including food and beverage, electronics, and metallurgy across the region.

Hunton’s energy and infrastructure team in Bangkok, led by partner Chumbhot Plangtrakul, represented Constant Energy on this critical transaction. Along with Plangtrakul, associate Chartthai Sutthapas, and other associates Thaphanut Vimolkej and Chinapat Chokwitayarat assisted on the transaction. The team was further supported by counsel Tanagorn Thimasarn.
