Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) in connection with its historic IPO on Texas law and corporate governance matters. SpaceX is a Texas corporation governed by the Texas Business Organizations Code. SpaceX raised $75 billion, making the IPO the largest in history.
