Overview
Kathleen advises clients on a broad range of corporate, securities, merger and acquisition, and other strategic transactional matters. She represents issuers, underwriters, and sales agents in public and private debt and equity offerings, including senior notes offerings, secondary offerings, and at-the-market programs. Kathleen also counsels public and private companies on periodic SEC reporting, corporate governance, and compliance. Her experience includes significant work across the energy and energy infrastructure sectors, as well as in financial services, emerging growth, and private equity.
