Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises Sellers in Sale of Sprint Waste Services, LP and Related Entities and Assets to GFL Environmental Inc.

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised the owners of Sprint Waste Services, LP (“Sprint Waste”) in its sale to GFL Environmental Inc. (NYSE:GFL), a diversified environmental services company. The sale also included certain related entities, real property and assets. The transaction closed on May 2, 2022.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Sprint Waste is a family-owned and operated premier, full-service provider of waste collection, storage, removal, hauling, and recycling and landfill services to industrial and large commercial businesses across Houston and the Gulf Coast.
