Overview
Casey advises clients on a broad range of corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions matters. His practice includes representing issuers, underwriters and sales agents in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, including senior notes offerings, common stock offerings, preferred equity issuances and at-the-market programs. Casey also counsels clients on public and private M&A transactions, SEC reporting, corporate governance and compliance matters. His experience spans the energy, financial services and real estate sectors, including transactions involving master limited partnerships and private equity-sponsored companies.
